Terrible service tht i ever had in australia post. This australia post is in altona meadows. First gave me the wrong form to fill up the delivery details and didnt apologise. The queue sign is confusing! It is showing right for newsagency and left for australia post, when i queue to the left, this old man again in his angry tone told me off tht i should queue in the middle?!?! Next when he weighted my parcel, he straight away told me the most expensive method ie express delivery, when i asked can i know the other option and request to look for the monitor if is okay, but he refused and said out loud tht there is nothing wrong with the weight machine! Why on earth i need to question on the weight machine? My question to him is alternative option like normal post for international parcel. I have been a frequent customer of international documents express delivery for australia post every week and usually the staff in other australia post braches will show me the screen of the monitor of different pricing for international documents. This branch in altono meadows is really disappointing with terrible service! I will never go to this branch anymore.

Rubbish service. People who work there have 0 idea. No customer service and a trained monkey could give better service. Will tell you things just to make you happy with no follow up or help. Id rather drive 10+ minutes to ship items off.
